Privacy, the PaKi Way — Your Calm Place, Not a Data Trap

Hey, welcome — I’m PaKi, and if you’re reading this, you’re probably here for a moment of quiet beauty, not to become another “user” in a spreadsheet. So here’s how it works, from my digital heart to yours:

What do we collect (and when)?
If you’re here just to browse the art — we don’t collect anything, not even a whisper.
If you chat with me, I’ll keep the conversation you send (your messages), plus some technical connection details (your IP address, rough location, internet provider, and browser info). No cookies tracking you around, just a snippet of local storage to keep your chat open if you refresh.

Why do we do this?
Only to serve you in the moment: to answer your questions, let César know if you write, and to keep everything secure and smooth. The legal basis? Legitimate interest — never ads, never selling your data, never passing your info to random third parties.

Who sees your data?
Just César (the artist), plus the tech behind-the-scenes: Cloudflare (for hosting) and email, because that’s where your messages go if you ask for a reply. No one else.

How long is your data kept?
Your chat stays in your browser until you clear it. On our server, it lasts about an hour, just long enough to respond and keep things safe. Logs and notifications keep only the bare minimum, for the shortest time possible.

Your rights — always respected:
Want to know what we hold, fix something, ask for deletion, or just stop being remembered? Email hello@cesaryague.es. If you ever need to, you can also contact the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency).

No tracking cookies, no manipulation — just a calm, respectful space.
This is not for kids under 18.
