Quiet Misbehavior
The Right Kind of Wrong. Five square works created in 2021 around a single living form: the Dot. Each piece is a 2500 × 2500, 10-second seamless loop in which a central body appears contained yet refuses stillness — breathing, folding, undulating and reorganizing itself with organic precision. Origin Dot, Pistachio Oracle Dot, Speechless Dot, Blushing Dot and Snowblood Dot are not variations of the same image, but five temperaments of the same presence. The album’s title names a paradox close to César’s work and life: what systems call misbehavior may be the deepest form of integrity. These Dots remain quiet, centered and self-contained, but they do not obey the geometry expected of them. Their movement is not noise or disorder; it is inner truth made visible. Gathered as an album in 2026, Quiet Misbehavior is a small family of living centers — five silent acts of correct disobedience.
